Statutory Notice Under Section 5, DPDP Act 2023
This notice is issued by Sri Venkateshwara Developers, the Data Fiduciary for North Crest. When you provide your Name and Mobile Number through our web application, you are granting express affirmative consent under Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023 for us to process your contact details to provide pricing sheets, unit configurations, construction updates, and site visit scheduling. You retain the right to withdraw consent at any time, access details of data processed, request correction or erasure, and escalate unresolved grievances to the Data Protection Board of India.

We practice data minimization under Section 6(1), collecting only data strictly necessary for legitimate real estate engagement:
- Full Name: To address you and create inquiry files.
- Mobile Number: To contact you via Phone, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Unit Preference: 3 BHK Classic, Meridian, Grand Royale, or Sky Villa.
- Cookie Consent Preference: Recorded in local storage.
- Anonymous Telemetry: Device type and screen viewport (opt-in only).
- Security Logs: Server request timestamps and IP for fraud prevention.
3. Purpose & Lawful Basis of Processing
Dispatching official brochures, unit plans, and cost sheets via WhatsApp and Email.
Scheduling personalized tours of the site and experience center in Kompally.
Maintaining authentic customer booking and lead logs under TG RERA mandates.
Facilitating unit allotment, payment receipts, and sale agreement drafts.
4. Security Safeguards & Personal Data Breach Protocol (Section 8)
We implement comprehensive technical and organizational safeguards under Section 8(5):
- Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) for all digital submissions.
- Encrypted cloud databases with strict administrative access control.
- Data minimization and strict prohibition on third-party resale.
- Mandatory Breach Notification (Section 8(6)): In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals promptly in accordance with prescribed rules.
5. Protection of Children’s Data (Section 9)
North Crest platforms are not targeted toward individuals under 18 years of age. In strict compliance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act 2023, we do not track or profile children, nor do we run behavioral or targeted advertising directed at children.
6. Your Rights as a Data Principal (Sections 11–14)
- Right to Access Information (Section 11): Request a summary of personal data held about you and processing activities.
- Right to Correction & Erasure (Section 12): Request correction of inaccurate details or complete erasure once inquiries conclude.
- Right of Grievance Redressal (Section 13): Access prompt internal redressal from our designated Data Protection Officer.
- Right to Nominate (Section 14): Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
